Schedule your no charge 20 minute Clarity Call with Renee Kindler MSN, FNP-C. From the comfort of your own home (or office), this is a great time to share with Renee your health struggles and what you want to be different in your life.

• During this call, Renee will listen to your health goals and discuss her thoughts and comfort level in helping you achieve your health goals.

• If you're new to functional medicine, we can talk about how the holistic approach of functional medicine can address the root causes of symptoms and how our signature approach can best serve you. 

If you both feel Aonani Functional Medicine is the right fit after your call, you will be invited to schedule a 90 minute virtual Foundational Assessment.

To be seen, you will need to:

• Register for our online patient portal (Practice Better)

• Complete new patient questionnaires at least 2 days before your Foundational Assessment 

• Sign consent forms

  • Pay your investment:

              $385 introductory rate

• Optional: upload lab work from the last 6 months

After your Foundational Assessment is complete, subsequent follow up visits will be scheduled as mutually determined between Renee and you. During these visits we:

• Review your treatment plan

• Reassess your health

• Discuss your progress,

• Review labs/tests (if applicable)

• Recalibrate your treatment plan as needed.

Please fill out your Follow Up forms at least 24 hours in advance of your visit and review your detailed treatment plan after every visit to ensure continuity of care.
